“White Chocolate & Nutella Fingers” are super easy, yummy cookies for all Nutella lovers. The best thing about these cookies is that kids can be involved in making them. I tried to do it and my 8 ½ year old daughter absolutely enjoyed making them.
Total Time:
Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
Baking Time: 10 to 15 mins
Ingredients:
¼ cup of Unsalted Butter at room temperature
¼ cup of Brown Sugar
¼ cup of Granulated Sugar
½ cup of Nutella
1 eggs
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1 cups of All Purpose Flour
1 tsp of Baking Soda
¼ tsp of Salt
3 tbsp of Cacao Powder
3 tbsp Chocolate Chips (Milk/ Dark) - Optional
Around 100 g white chocolate (chopped)
Sprinkles/ 100s & thousands for garnish

Method:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 160° C. Simultaneously, beat butter, both kinds of sugar, vanilla extract, Nutella and egg in a bowl. Add in sifted flour, baking soda, coco powder and salt to it and mix well to form into a batter. If using chocolate chips, mix them in as well.
Step 2: Scoop the mixture into a piping bag (without attachment) and pipe about 5 to 6 cm long strips on a baking tray. (If you don’t have a piping bag, fill the mixture in a zip lock bag and make a small cut from the tip) Bake in the oven for 12 minutes. Once done let it cool down completely.
Step 3: Meanwhile take a microwave safe bowl and melt the chocolate in it for 50 seconds to a minute. Make sure to remove the bowl every 10 seconds and give it a stir. If required, cook for another 10 seconds if chocolate is not melted. (Be careful not to overheat the chocolate.) Once the chocolate melts, pour ¼ of chocolate into a piping bag with a small attachment or a Ziploc bag.
To Decorate: This is best time to involve kids. Ask them to dip both ends of the cookie into the white chocolate. Make beautiful designs in the center. Sprinkle the 100s & 1000s over the end. Refrigerate for about 5 minutes to let the chocolate set. Cookies are ready to enjoy. To store cookies, pack them in an airtight container.
