Pizza is usually enjoyed by one and all. 30 minutes wait too seems long at times. Here is a quick and easy way to enjoy any day and any time at home. All you have to do is substitute the base with bread and sauce with ketchup. Toppings can be of your choice and bread pizza is ready to be served any time of the day. To make it more interesting, try cooking with kids. It’s a great way to make your kid’s have healthy snack. Happy Cooking!!!
Serves: A Couple
Total Time: 15 Minutes
Preparation time: 5 min
Cooking Time: 10 mins

Ingredients:
4 brown slice bread
4 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp finely chopped onions
2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
4 tbsp grated cheese
½ tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp chilli flakes (optional)
Method:
Heat a flat pan or griddle.

Apply 1 tbsp ketchup on one slice of bread. Top it off with ¼ th of onions, capsicum and tomatoes. Top it off with 1 tbsp cheese. Sprinkle pinch of Italian seasoning and chilli flakes on top.

Place the layer bread on to the hot tava. Turn heat to low. Cover with an inverted place to create a baking effect which will help cheese to melt. Cook for about 1 minute. Check if the cheese is melted.

Once done, place the cooked bread pizza on your serving place. Repeat same steps with remaining bread.

Serve immediately.  You can also bake these pizzas in oven on toast mode for about 2 to 3 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
