Ingredients:
1 ½ glasses of chilled whole fat milk
2 medium bananas, peeled and roughly chopped 4 to 6 fresh strawberries, stems removed and roughly chopped 5 to 6 ice - cubes 4 tbsp sugar / 2 ½ tbsp honey Few crushed walnuts to garnish (optional) |
Method:
Put all the ingredients in a blender jar.
Blend until everything is smooth and pureed.
Serve into tall glasses and sprinkle few walnuts if desired.
Serve immediately.
